We always knew we wanted a "project house". Ideally we wanted a period property with potential but we just had to find the one.
After a few months of searching we found Number 18; an Edwardian terraced house on a no-through road. It had been rented for the past 12 years so it was looking tired and was in serious need of modernisation. Perfect for us so we snapped it up!
